Thank you all for your ideas. After one month plus of searching for back splash tiles , I decided to use the gray tiles. My kitchen just completed today with Emerald Pearl granite, Allen and Roth Pearl (gray) ties and stainless steel appliances. The gray back splash goes very well with the very dark green and almost black granite. See pictures.
