this is a 'butler room' off of the kitchen and breakfast area. It is super cute and I don't plan to change it. The cabinets and wallpaper work for me, the ceiling is porch blue. I could carry these cabinets with the gold leaf paint panel throughout to a few more rooms instead of changing everything. Master bath and kitchen have similar cabinets but look drab without the gold panel and sparkle hardware.

hoping to rip out those stairs and put a concrete or paver ramp, add some more terraces/shrubs. We have some questions about exterior colors. Plan to paint the exterior something like Alabaster white, probably stain the pergolas black or espresso, what about the remaining red brick on walkways and retaining walls? I think could work, will that have to be painted as well?

this very strange porch with built in herb garden is going to be removed. I would like to construct a ramp down to pool, no stairs. I am hoping the grade is good for it when we get the wood out. Wood is not in good shape, porch is huge, much larger than can be seen in pic

this is a theater room above the garage, enter through kids play room

kids play/bonus room, super ugly to me, it is half this color and the other half is pinky and purpley and I'm going to repaint and add kids' art and I think that will help. Very interested in putting some hardwood throughout upstairs

one of my favorite rooms, it is a guest room on 1st level. it is not this obnoxious at the moment, it has been toned down a bit. The door and chandelier are pink and I'm going to keep that and then neutralize the rest

Right now this is painted green and brown large stripes, even the ceiling. Lots going on. Tile has to be re-done. Cabinets are same antiqued white as kitchen and I could match gold panels to some and really like it. Need chandelier over the bath, new shower maybe without a door, window treatments

master, plan to paint white and use gold foil paint at the top crown molding, the rest off white with bright white trim. Need a chandelier and maybe some romantic curtains. Planning to build a small romeo/juliet porch through the doors. Right now it exits to the large wood porch we plan to tear out

The landscaping needs some updates, the dr. suess-like trees by entryway are overgrown and in poor health. The grass is awesome, just need some uniformity and purpose to the front, some of the trees and shrubs are so big now you can't see the windows
