I had a hard time deciding between ivory and light walnut travertine for our pool decking as well. We went thru the local Dallas supplier that our builder uses, but I did like the ivory swirl that you refer to online.
We went with light walnut instead of ivory and love it! The color seems to change depending on the sun light. See our pic below. Hope this helps and I'm sure you'll love what you choose!
