I just had my closet done and have been tweaking it to make it feel luxurious. I look at a lot of pictures LOL. First off I have a few decorative items in there, they’re pointless but add to the luxury feel. If you have the space. Secondly I do color coordinate my clothes, and for my shoes I put them one facing in one facing out. Also lose the plastic baskets in favor of something a little bit fancier. The fabric covered “file” boxes you see at the top of the clothes area contain all my odds and ends, stuff I don’t need too often but don’t want to just have laying on a shelf. Also, a fun light can add to the luxury feel. I love just leaving my chandelier turned in by itself for mood lighting. Oh and also some cute ottoman(s) if you have room, they’re actually really useful I use them to put my shoes on, and climb on to reach stuff lol.
