8 Ways to Make Your Bathroom Feel Like a Spa

Q

Photo

Like in another photo, the toilet is very close to the bathing appliance.

Q

Photo

A low curb for the shower is a great idea because future accessibility problems can be easily avoided with a ramp, but I also like the photo because, like in our master bathroom, the toilet is close to the bathing appliance (though in our case, it's a bathtub. When I think about our bathroom, I wonder if we can't do a glass wall and door that goes across in front of both tub and shower. I had dismissed the idea because of the closeness of the toilet, but seeing this picture makes me re-think the feasibility of that.

5 Stylish New Bathrooms With a Low-Curb Shower

Q

low-curb shower

Q

Don't know it it's possible to add niche or niches at this point, but it would be great if it is possible.

Q

Photo

I likwe the grab bar in the shower. It's not unattractive, and it's useful.

Q

Photo

The tub surround. Could a form-fitted piece of plexiglass or a thin slab of quartz sit on top of the current surround? Interesting!

Q

Photo

Interesting placement of chairs.

Q

Photo

Could leave control where it is, but move shower head. Interesting!

This is what accompanied this picture: Gone are the days of boring beige prefabricated shower bases. More and more, I’ve been using shower systems that have modern, clean bases made out of acrylic or porcelain. Don’t overlook other options for your shower floor.
