This stone patio design is great...the materials are not what I have in mind but what about that l shaped seating in an L shape with the fire pit in the corner of the L. That would get the flames away from the tree I think.
This fire pit is too big but I am saving because the wall that is seat height is what I have in mind.
I like the seating around the pit- what about incorporating this low pit into ledge seating that defines the patio in the yard
