Paint - really nice greige option.

Q

Photo

Paint - bridges cool and warm tones

Q

Photo

Paint -another greige that would fit with your master.

Q

Photo

Paint - grieve for main living areas

Q

Photo

Kids playroom - simple but clean and functional.

Q

Photo

Kids playroom - great furniture/ couch. My sister has these and they’re great for kids.

Q

Photo

Kids playroom - cute idea with seating and storage. Could put the storage cabinets under the TV

Q

Photo

Office - yes!

Q

Photo

Office - similar crescent with barn doors! Could be an interesting way to close off the office from the entry.

Q

Photo

Office - wow! They do make crescent shaped desks! Nice layout, balanced by bookcase on opposite wall

Q

Photo

Office - really nice where you look out the windows but also have a fashionable desk

Q

Photo

Office - interesting setup, facing away from windows with bookcases balancing out the walls

Q

Photo

Master bedroom - great carpet color.

Q

Photo

Bar - great space saver with the floating shelves. Pulls in the rustic feel and gives you display space.

Q

Photo

Sage’s bathroom - a little too much pink with the wall color, but you get the idea with the shower curtain and accessories.

Q

Photo

Sage’s bathroom - interesting way to keep main palette neutral, but add pops of pink in a tasteful way if that’s what she likes.

Q

Photo

Sage’s bathroom - can you tell I’m partial to aqua?

Q

Photo

Sage’s bathroom -same concept - feminine without being too kid-like.

Q

Photo

Sage/downstairs bathroom - because Sage’s bathroom will double as a guest/downstairs bath, I would bring in your family room color palette in a lighter shade. Don’t go too overboard with kids stuff. Choose a color that complements the downstairs and then add elements that she would like - ie wall prints and accessories.

Q

Photo

Kids bathroom - along the same lines ....

Q

Photo

Kids bathroom - could easily paint the cabinets to better match the countertops and build on a bright palette like this.

Q

Photo

Kids bathroom - this is similar to what I was describing - bright pops of color - almost add to the busyness of the counters but with a bright single color palette that makes you focus on something else. The sea green or a bright turquoise would be both gender neutral and nice.

Q

Photo

I like this style. Open, airy, and even includes a sectional. Key for you if you go with a sectional is too keep it small, and light feeling. We need to select a color palette and then you can do a sectional with color + a neutral rug. Or, a neutral sectional with colorful rug.

Q

Photo

Similar family room setup to yours. Again, single sofa with matching chairs on left, which you could replace with loveseat if you need more room. Key in these layouts will be simple, light coffee tables.

Q

Photo

This is a bit more formal for a family room, but is simpler and smaller for your space. Single sofa with twin chairs. Instead of the chairs, you could put a matching loveseat by your window - on the left as you look at this photo - and leave the right side hallway to Sage’s room open.

Q

Photo

This dresses up a sectional by adding a patterned rug and round coffee table. Also, see the stone hearth with the super trendy block wood mantel.
