Interesting use of space around the tub for the downstairs bath. Would definitely consider doing the built ins for putting toiletries! It’s so helpful to not have an ugly metal rack or something. I would go with floating shelves rather than the clear one above the toilet

Install glass panel for the downstairs bath? Possibly! glass is more expensive and doesn’t always work great so guests may still get water all over the floor. I would say glass doors for upstairs for sure and maybe glass panel downstairs if you can minimize the gap for water to escape

Like how just island lowers are gray (as there are no upper cabinets there) but everywhere else the lowers match the uppers
