This project is a contemporary design, featuring a two-storey side extension and a single-storey rear extension on a prominent corner site with a south-facing garden. The design focuses on creating a spacious, light-filled open-plan family living space, carefully oriented to maximise daylight and establish strong visual and physical connections with the external landscape. A continuous wraparound canopy is incorporated as an integral architectural element, providing effective solar control while defining a sheltered, flexible outdoor living area for year-round use.
