This project involved the addition of a new ground floor extension, along with the modernisation of the existing house and its front elevation. The new extension accommodates an open-plan family zone integrating kitchen, dining, and living areas, with a direct link to a utility space / boot room that opens onto the garden. The design incorporates varied window treatments across the façade to reflect the different internal functions, while creating a seamless connection between indoor and outdoor spaces. The result is a light-filled extension that enhances both functionality and flow.
