Comprehensive Extension and Full House Refurbishment – Malahide
This project involved the full refurbishment and significant extension of a two-storey semi-detached home located in Malahide. The works included the construction of new single- and two-storey extensions to the front, side, and rear of the property, substantially increasing the internal floor area and transforming the overall layout and aesthetic.
A key feature of the redesign was the introduction of a new front porch, enhancing the entrance and improving the home's street presence. To further modernise the external appearance, contemporary timber cladding was installed on the front elevation, complementing the updated architectural style.

Internally, the home underwent a complete renovation, including reconfiguration of the ground and first-floor layouts to create bright, open-plan living spaces suited to modern family life. High-quality materials, finishes, and fittings were used throughout, with a focus on energy efficiency, comfort, and timeless design.
