To redo my front garden with Ashfelt and small beds with edging around

As above moving the front pier to the metal pole on footpath hence widening the entrance but leaving enough space in the corner for a small plant area.A plant area under the front window.Trim/edging around the perimeter of the garden.A wall on right replacing metal fence.A sensor light near front door but not shining into folk looking out, another light at the front bed, both controlled by the same sensor at door.
