Quantity surveying Services

Hope you are well,
We are currently pricing work for clients on a new Basis’s.
We feel it may be hard to employee a full time Quantity Surveyor/Estimator due to cost/workload etc.
The way we work is we will Price the projects/Tenders and add our cost as a small percentage into the project, so if you win the project then you will only have to pay us then.(It’s the client that will be paying our fee if you are successful)
If you win the project, we will then do all the Valuations , Variations Etc. for the duration of the project. We wont be expecting payment until you yourself is paid from the client.
We also have a Health & Safety department for all your needs if required.
