A soft mossy or grey green would be my first impulse but Sarah's dark blue looks good. It depends on your kitchen ware. White porcelains will pop with the blue and earthy stoneware will go more with the soft greens. I'd add a shelf to extend from the cabinet across the tile and a pot rack or hooks over the stove.

I don't understand your problem. Just find two maroon lampshades the correct size for your lamps ( although I actually disagree that all the shades should be the same colour. Everything does not need to match. The fact that these vases have maroon on them is enough. Ivory or off white shades would look good....

I want a light blue grey RAL colour for sliding doors but a lot of the shades have hues of green. Anyone got any ideas for a subtle but definitely grey shade but any undertones, must be blue (light blue) not green Many thanks

As we are restricted to RAL colours and looking for pale blue with hint of grey can anyone suggest which shade to use? And what contrasting colour should we use for the front door?
