I have had the 30 inch GE Cafe induction cooktop for a year now and love it, The controls are very easy to use and the response and power are great. I also purchased the sous vide blue tooth attachment and use that weekly without issue. In my previous house I had a Bosch 36 inch induction cooktop and loved that too.

You might want to check Consumer Reports reviews of induction cooktops (https://www.consumerreports.org/join) Prices varied all over the place for products whose performance was similar.
