What are the room dimensions?

I'm thinking of customizing a home office in a new home and would like to arrange furniture/built-ins this way but don't know about fit. Thanks!

At the very least, assume that a 26-foot room needs to be divided into two zones, whether one is couch + TV and the other is a game table, or whether both are somehow seating. The French doors complicate matters, but I think it can be worked around, either by counting the piano as a functional zone (although it will be hard to keep in tune with all the windows and radiator) and then do most things at the opposite end, or whether you want to put a game table there, piano opposite, and most living space at the invisible far end...

Hi, Caitriona, The room looks to be a regular rectangle room, but could also be classified as an L shaped room as it goes in on the left. We suggest for your child's room, to have a look at our photo albums or check out our website (www.komandor.ie) for ideas to make the most of the shape. A sliding wardrobe on the right would make a lot of space for storage, a custom-made bed to fit on the left and a nice desk under the window would be perfect.
