What service/pro do I need?

Hi,
I tried to search boards but not finding my way.
I'm hoping to redesign a kitchen and knock into a playroom & dining room. Looking for a specialist to advice on how best to plan the space, bring in light with window placement etc.
Not sure I need as architect as our budget doesn't stretch (max budget is 50-60k)
No extension needed either. Current space is 45sqM.
Can you please advice on what professional l need to be looking for?
