A contemporary apartment situated by the sea in Dun Laoghaire. Used as second home and workspace, the property needed to be functional and elegant, maximising storage and retaining a calm and welcoming atmosphere. Soft textures and tones were incorporated to create homely nooks whilst sleek joinery is unobtrusive and practical.
