St Alban's Grove is a semi-detached single family dwelling arranged over four storeys. At the rear lower ground floor major structural alterations were carried out to create a new highly glazed extension improving links to the garden.
The new rear extension is clad in black honed granite to create an understated modern contrast to the original house above.
The roof of the new rear extension functions as a terrace accessed from the living spaces on the upper ground floor.
