The apartment comprised of a hall, kitchen, living/dining, 2 bedrooms and a bathroom.
The kitchen and living/dining rooms were knocked together to create one open-plan space. The owners were also desperate to create 2 separate shower areas. This was achieved by creating a shower room and utility cupboard accessible off the hall, and an ensuite accessed off the master bedroom.
