Apartment Renovation in Dartry, Dublin

This Dartry apartment started as a typical layout: hall, kitchen, living/dining, two bedrooms, and one bathroom. The owners wanted a brighter home, better flow, and two independent shower spaces. I opened the kitchen to the living/dining for a single, light‑filled room that works for cooking and gathering. To unlock that second shower without sacrificing space, I introduced a hall‑accessed shower room alongside a discreet utility cupboard, and created an ensuite off the main bedroom. Day‑to‑day life is now simpler: clear sightlines, more storage, two generous showers, and a calm, cohesive feel throughout.
