We have recently been awarded planning permission for 7 new build apartments in the Lisson Grove District of the City of Westminster.

Westminster City Council recognise the building as 'strikingly modern architectural approach with boldly handled modelling' . They also go on to to state that the building will contribute a 'significant uplift in architectural quality' to Penfold Place.

The project revolves around 3 light wells that create views and admit light within this very tight urban site.
