It looks like terrazzo tiles that have been laid and then polished , you can get pre polished tiles in slim terrazzo that can be laid with adhesive and then grouted cleaned and finally sealed and it will give you this affect without having the mess of polishing as they arrive pre polished / finished, have a look at www.veniston.co.uk we do a big range of standard colours and we can also make bespoke colours to the clients requirements.
