The tall cabinetry is paired with a ladder for easy access to the taller cupboards. The large island has a Shaker 900 Perrin and Rowe sink and integrated storage. If we were to go with all white cabinets I think a countertop with a little more visual interest like this could look nice. However, I’m still thinking some sort of fairly neutral color on the base cabinets and maybe cabinets in beverage center would be better. In which case, I think a countertop with more minimal pattern would be better

Hi The London Craftsman
Are you sure about your estimate? There is quite a lot of cabinetry with a lot of detail in this kitchen.
I have been a kitchen designer for more than 20 years and I see this kitchen without appliances, fitting or worktops at £25k then by the time you add worktops, appliances, sink, tap and fitting it's got to be in the region of £45k.
