Review for Martin Shinnors Architect MRIAI

Martin shinnors looked after the design, specification, planning and tendering process for us on our new build. We had very little idea of what design of a house we wanted, We just knew we wanted something a bit different, with traditional values. Martin listened to our ideas , took the site and everything into consideration, and he came up with a beautiful design that we loved straight away. The house caters for our needs 100%. Martin has designed beautiful features right throughout the house for us, has filled the house with loads of light and all this has came in within budget for us. Martin also looked after appointing a builder for us, and has always worked closely with him through out build. Any issues Martin is always at end of phone. Martin is very processional , has great ideas and is very pleasant to work with. I would have no hesitation is recommending Martin to anyone in any aspect of a build process.
