BuildTech took care of a tricky renovation of an old house in Dublin for me. They proved to be so professional, pro-active and reliable that it was genuinely enjoyable to work with them. Fidelma in the office and Noel and Colm on-site clearly take pride in getting a quality result.
I was suspicious at first that it all seemed too good to be true, but now that the result has been independently verified by an engineer's report, it's clear that BuildTech works with integrity.
You get access to an online portal which contains daily work logs (including lots of photos), an overview of invoicing, and a chat function with your project manager. My messages received a detailed and thoughtful answer within 3 hours. The site team was generous with their time, skills and advice to make sure I understood the pros and cons of big decisions. The management was quick to put their heads together to find a pragmatic, economical solution for aspects I wanted to keep as cheap as possible.
