BuildTech took care of a tricky renovation of an old house in Dublin for me. They proved to be so professional, pro-active and reliable that it was genuinely enjoyable to work with them. Fidelma in the office and Noel and Colm on-site clearly take pride in getting a quality result. I was suspicious at first that it all seemed too good to be true, but now that the result has been independently verified by an engineer's report, it's clear that BuildTech works with integrity. You get access to an online portal which contains daily work logs (including lots of photos), an overview of invoicing, and a chat function with your project manager. My messages received a detailed and thoughtful answer within 3 hours. The site team was generous with their time, skills and advice to make sure I understood the pros and cons of big decisions. The management was quick to put their heads together to find a pragmatic, economical solution for aspects I wanted to keep as cheap as possible. BuildTech is a perfect example of how rewarding it is to work with pros who are masters of their trade. You just save yourself so much time and stress

BuildTech fully renovated our house: insulation, new wiring, new extension, new floors, kitchen, bathroom... they were great from the first contact via email to the first meeting at the house and offered suggestions on places where we could save money in order to meet our budget, offering advice on alternative options. ON SITE We had Ronan (Project Manager) on the site from BuildTech and he was absolutely fantastic all the way: e.g. on such a big project there were obviously some issues that were discovered and he communicated the problems very clearly via videos and photos and came up straight way with solutions and alternative options. I would recommend him very highly!!! ADMINISTRATION The communication went through Jennifer (Administrator). She is the best. She is structured, clear communication and was always quick in responding. She was always great in answering our questions and keeping us up to date. I tell you, that is key for a bit of peace of mind during a stressful project like that. I would recommend to have Jennifer in the last meeting before the build starts, as it is always good to have an extra pair of eyes to makes sure nothing gets lost in all the details. We are extremely happy with our new (old) house and it turned out to be even better than expected. Kirsten

Buildtech have a very comprehensive structure in place to manage your project. As a client you get access to your own client portal where all your project information is accessible; drawings, project costings, daily logs, programme etc. The entire team can communicate through the portal, from Architect, engineer, project manager etc. It's reassuring to know nothing happens without the client knowing the costs and that progress is always updated via the system.
