On a quiet eastern shore creek this renovation added a dynamic modern addition to the original summer residence. The family room space with large overhangs of steel and extensive glass curtain wall and railings tie into the reworked rear terraces and decks. A lower level spa was also added with exercise room, sauna, and steam shower.
