This new house was built in a well established neighborhood on a "tear-down" lot. The house is 7,000 square feet, 1 1/2 story, with an attached 3 1/2 garage. The 1 1/2 acre site master plan included landscaping, terraces, drives and walks, and site engineering for a future swimming pool. Building design included 5 bedroom suites (master suite and mother-in-law suite), walk-out basement, home office and exercise room, and planing for future elevator. Geothermal heating system and special air filtration were included with mechanical systems.
