A beautiful semi-detached dwelling in Mount Merrion needed a full renovation and extension to provide suitable accommodation for the clients and their young family. Serious engineering works were required to support the existing structure above a new open-plan living space. Ancillary ground floor spaces were provided to the back and side, and the attic was converted to provide a new master suite with stunning views over Dublin city.
