Client wanted to create an open plan kitchen, dining space with large opening to living room. This is to help create spacious feel to a compact family home. Storage wherever possible to be maximized while allowing quirky soft seating and book storage underneath stairs to add softness to dining area. Light and sea views to be a priority.
