This charming century-old house was in the right neighborhood for our clients, but needed a full gut and renovation.

Kenorah worked with the homeowners to design a whole-home renovation. The interior of the home was completed gutted and redone, and the exterior was updated, while keeping the original character and charm. Not only was this home updated aesthetically, it also received some functional upgrades including: an expanded kitchen, a separate laundry room, up-to-code stairs and an ensuite which added a second bathroom on the top floor.

The end result is a beautiful, quality built home for their young family to enjoy for many years to come.
