This kitchen design project (actually, three rooms were redesigned in the process) was done in collaboration with architect Larysa Kurylas.
Though the original kitchen area was quite large including comfortable table seating, the layout did not work at all for the homeowner.
Our plans (see the pictorial) show that walls and doorways were altered significantly and the nearby dining and TV rooms were remodeled as part of the whole picture.
This kitchen & interior reconfiguration project received the 2013 Contractor of the Year GRAND Award from National Association of the Remodeling Industry Metro-DC Chapter.
