The apartment occupies the ground and lower-ground floors of a semi-detached, stucco-fronted, 1860’s villa in Belsize Park, and includes a substantial, mature rear garden. The works included adding a garden-level extension and refurbishing the apartment to modern standards. This provided an open-plan accommodation more suited to the requirements of a family home, as well as a more satisfactory connection to the garden.
