My favourite style would be renovating old homes with a modern twist. Any building that old real hardwood floor can be salvaged after years of being covered up is where I believe the true beauty in a home can lie. Having a blend of the original intent with our new modern conceptual designs always leads to an exciting look!
My next project: I would like to have stairs retreaded, carpets replaced and an experience painter to touch up my hallways and common areas in my largest rental property unit.
About me: I am a property owner/manager for 2 rental properties in Northern Ontario. I have begun to look for inspiration on the house platform to help me with the next steps in renovations as I look to sell both properties.
