About me: Home owner Builder/renovator Renovating a 1983, double brick home, m3 bedroom, 2 bathroom. I hold an Owner builders license and we do as much of the labouring as we can and employ trades when required.

Property has stunning water views and has been a work in progress since purchased in 2009.

Would I do it again ? No Way. It has given us a lot of satisfaction as things have improved but it has been expensive & hard work.
