Hi Benedicte, it is highly likely that these are in fact two different roman blinds, one set behind the other. The front one is either a simple cream roman blind, or possibly a linen one (see image below) and the back one a light Voile roman blind (see bottom image). Because the headrails on recess roman blinds are fitted to the top of the frame, you can slot one behind the other if the sill is alcove is deep enough.
