Waht are the other issues you NEED to deal with ? THe bathrooms are definately a bit much but look clean and workable so I garee live with it for awhile . BTW that glass block wall makes so much sense in that space just enjoy all tha light it gives no matter else you do keep that .

Instead of dramatic wallpaper, consider a crane chinoiserie fabric and apply it to the stools.

First off - what an absolutely wonderful space! Especially love the juxtaposition of the steel and wood framing. It's marvelous. If you paint the beams black I think that will make them less apparent. However if you paint the column black IMHO that will make it more apparent. So, kinda depends on what your goal is. Don't see anything wrong with leaving the color as is now either. Am really blown away by how beautiful the whole space is.
