True confession:

Every single post loses me, when pictures ( available world WIDE) are taken with the toilet seat in up position. The most necessary and least attractive piece in any bath does not need to be worsened, let alone highlighted, in this manner.

A hand wring on decor seems pointless when it is obviously a condition so natural to the owner, it goes completely unnoticed as they hold up the phone.

Have him buy you a navy vanity with top. This is a pee and wash. You don't need much beyond soap, hand towels and toilet paper, and I have no clue why the vacuous size and blank wall that will have...ART?

Buy a navy vanity / center sink with top 30inches!!!,,, Add float shelves to the right, ,, get a 24" x 36 mirror and put the light above both mirror and SINK/FAUCET
