Hi, could you please help me to understand if I need any permissions to construct a non-load-bearing stud partition wall in my flat (50 sq.m.). Thanks in advance

Internal changes don't need planning permission, but must comply with current building regulations. If the flat is leasehold, you may need permission from the freeholder.

Thanks for your response. Our flat is share of freehold. Is there a difference?

I can't advise on that, but I'd suggest you check your title deeds. They should state if you need permission.
