Review for IQMatics - Moderne Living
This vendor is very unethical. I contacted them out of state to purchase bookcases. They made the furniture buying process difficult and dramatic. I would not use them.

It's truly unfortunate that after first speaking with you for over 30 minutes and patiently answering all of your questions, providing consultation services over the phone, sending you the samples you requested via priority mail, and following up with you via email 8 times in the span of less than 2 weeks, only to see such negative review from your end. We have done everything we could to assist you and I strongly feel mistreated / misunderstood.
After receiving the samples and all pertinent information, including design consultation over the phone from us, you chose to work with a vendor who violates the manufacturer's MAP pricing policy, it's impossible to compete with an unethical vendor who completely disregards all pricing regulations. Before you sent us the quote you received from the other vendor, I clearly explained that I was going to contact the manufacturer in order to receive permission to sell the product below MAP pricing.
I followed up with you yesterday to respectfully explain our ground. Here's the email below:

We appreciate your inquiry and taking the time to work with us on this piece for your home. Truly, I pride myself on being able to offer all of my clients the best service possible in order to ensure that there experience is pleasurable from start to finish.
However, you went to another vendor who gave you pricing well below the MAP pricing which the manufacturer sets in place to make sure that these types of situations don't occur. The vendors pricing violated the agreement with the manufacturer and they are in fact the ones who acted unethically.
Honestly, I'm sorry that I'm not able to work with you on this project, as I enjoyed our conversations and being given the chance to work with you up until this point. I hope that the bookcases come out beautifully and wish you the best of luck with furnishing the rest of your home.
