Peter and his team did a complete renovation of our Georgian townhouse in Hackney. Working with our architect, they took the existing house back to brick and built a brand new 5m extension. The whole project took more than a year beginning to end, and Peter and his team were on site throughout.
I found Peter and the team great to work with. Peter made many helpful suggestions about how to save cost - either from finding different suppliers, or by changing the design. His team were very reliable and nice to have around. The work has been completed to a high standard and we receive lots of compliments on our house.
Peter was very affordable to work with because he doesn't have the overheads of back office support staff. That maybe means the work is slower to be completed, but given the cost saving it's a trade off I was happy to make. He's also very responsive himself - I never had a problem reaching him.
I would be happy to work with Peter and his team again.
