We have just renovated/completely rebuilt our home from foundation up. It is now our dream home that we plan on staying in for the next 25 years and we chose our finishes accordingly! Timber Barn designed and built our kitchen, mudroom, pantry and bathroom vanity.
We consulted with 4 other kitchen cabinetry companies and had designs completed by 3 others including quotes before choosing Timber Barn and working with Shannon Scott. Their cabinetry showed awesome craftsmanship in the showroom. I love perfection and this is exactly what these cabinets are! We felt (and still strongly feel) that they provided us with the highest quality cabinetry and service for a very fair price.
Our kitchen was installed 1 month ago, we absolutely LOVE it!!! I would never work with another company. We have already asked Shannon to design our office, and master bedroom built-in cabinetry/closets.
Shannons design work was excellent. She was very knowledgable, she knew current building codes including required spaces for cabinet engineering/building and generally just what would look good or what spaces would work well. She measured the site at framing (before drywall) and the cabinetry all fit the spaces perfectly with no problems at all. She is great at kitchen design and was easy to work with; she was very accepting of our ideas and pictures and worked hard to create what we envisioned. As our main contact person she provided excellent service, she was quick to reply to emails or phone calls and happy to answer many different questions we had along the way.
Andrew installed our kitchen. He was extremely meticulous and his perfectionism really showed in the finished product. We were so happy that our installer obviously really cared about the quality and finish of our kitchen. We were often working on the house ourselves while he was there, he was so hardworking and easy to have around. He and Shannon easily corrected our sink and a counter hutch height and without complaint when they needed to be adjusted to account for our counter height (we were supplying our own counter). We were so impressed and grateful for this after what we have experienced with other contractors.
I honestly can't say enough about Timber Barn!! They make beautiful kitchens and cabinetry. Several experienced contractors and carpenters have noticed and commented on the quality and craftsmanship of our kitchen after checking it out while working on our house, a few of them who are not easily impressed nor do they easily hand out compliments!
