Review for MMI Design
Michele Merz with MMI Design has once again exceeded my expectations with a major home renovation, this time an overhaul to our master bathroom. When we were ready to upgrade and remodel our master bathroom I didn't hesitate to call Michele Merz again because I knew first hand how amazing her work ethic, professionalism, sense of style, and resources were from the time we spent together on my living/family room.
This kind of master bathroom project can be overwhelming, but Michele's calm and kind personality and her great ability to decode my "non-designer's" vision for our space made the process seamless and fun. Communication between Michele, the contractors, and myself was amazing. I truly felt like the project was moving along as efficiently as possible and she handled snags in the road like a discontinued material with quick alternatives and choices. I love the way our bathroom turned out, it is now my favorite room in the house!
Michele was always punctual, available for consultation or discussion, and full of endless suggestions. I have already recommended her to many friends after receiving high compliments and I look forward to working with her on our next project.
