We knew they were great designers but we were most impressed by their understanding of the full process of designing, permitting, pricing and ultimately delivering the home.
They anticipated the handful of issues raised by the City during permitting (and secured a permit in just days), they offered great contractor and subcontractor referrals, and they displayed a high degree of construction and field knowledge which ultimately saved us time and money.
We were drawn to Ryan and the crew because they have a great design range. They clearly can work with a number of housing types and budgets. They guided us on where to best allocate budget relative to what was important to us in the overall design. They were forthcoming on how our desires may influence cost - which is essential if you don't want any surprises during the contractor pricing process.
In the end, we have an incredible home. There is no doubt Ryan and team will be designing our next project.
