Review for User

If I could give ZERO stars I would. This is my 2nd home with Greenbrook and I had such strong faith in them that I decided to use them again. How wrong I was!!!
Where do I begin? I guess with the signing of the contract in Apr 2014 which stipulated a 9 month build project and it turned into a 19 month project. We didn't even break ground until 8 months after contract signing.
That was just the start of everything that could go wrong. ICF walls were leaning, Sub contractors changed mid-stream, windows installed backwards, flashing done incorrectly, water leaks, water damage, gypsum boards improperly installed, cracked windows, and significant cost overruns. I had to even hire my own subcontractors because their subcontractors weren't reliable.
To top it all off I was swindled out of money. Bank draws were done to pay subcontractors and the monies were absconded. Now I have liens on my home for work that I paid for but the builder never paid the subcontractors.
This is sad and disgraceful.
Today, March 19th I just received word from Greenbrook's attorney and the business has shut down
