Designer was very approachable, easy to communicate with; we hit it off immediately. She is meticulous in organization, detail, timeliness, promptness, thoroughness.
Her expertise is beyond the design concepts of her profession and her very fresh ideas; she has a very common-sense knowledge of the skill required in accomplishment of the actual work : how a floor is laid, for example, and the details of where & how transitions are applied.
Her ideas are fresh, while still in keeping with the livestyle preferences of her clients.
