Review for Intuitive Solutions Home Staging
While shopping for a condo in the Las Vegas area my wife and I were shown a unit in which Intuitive Solutions Home Staging was involved with preparing the unit for marketing. We were so impressed by the work we asked for a business card.
Upon being shown many Condo units in Las Vegas, we ultimately purchased a unit of similar design in the same building. Due to our busy schedule and need for assistance, we contacted Jennifer at Intuitive Solutions to see if she would be willing to work with us, to assist us with our interior design needs, such as arranging for painting, furniture, and all of the furnishings needed to make the unit move-in ready for us.
Upon our first meeting with Jennifer I was surprised at how relaxed she made us feel. She asked many questions regarding our objectives, including colors, styles, and brands. Within a few hours, she was emailing photos of different furniture to insure she was on the right track. Within a few more hours she had arranged for us to view furniture that she believed met our requirements in style and color. To our amazement she had selected items that were completely within budget and met our needs.
I have worked with several interior designers in the past. It had been my experience that they tend to work on the high end of the budget spectrum. This was not the case with Jennifer. She was very aware of the budget and worked to stay 10-20% below. There were absolutely NO Surprises!
Within in few short days, Jennifer had proven that she did not need us involved in the day to day decisions. This allowed us to leave on our next business trip. Her goal was to furnish the condo and make it move-in ready upon our return. Jennifer exceeded that goal and even arranged to wash all of the linens prior to our arrival allowing us to return to Las Vegas with our luggage and stay in our own unit, without needing a Hotel first.
