Review for User

As I stand here, going on 4 hours!!, blow drying the inside of the front door built for us by Jewett Farms (costing more than $20,000), I am reminded again why I would NEVER recommend this company. We have to put up plastic sheeting and plywood whenever there is a rain storm with any amount of wind because if the door gets too wet, it leaks from all windows, sidelights and seams into the house. The inside of the door is ruined b/c of the many watermarks and water stains. I finally had someone from VT come down to look at the door and he says the only way to fix it is to take it fully apart and treat the wood ends indvidiually and plug up worm holes to prevent water from seeping through - at my cost. I tried contacting Jewett Farms over the past few years to see if they would help us solve the issue, but never got one phone call or email response back. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE ever!!
