Yes! Through the 24/7 Client Dashboard you can give your client access to all of their relevant documents, and preview the “client view” so you make sure they will only see what you want them to see. Did we mention this can greatly decrease client calls and texts since they can answer most of their own questions now? Phew!

Of course! You can create and send professionally branded proposals, estimates, and invoices directly to your clients. Upload an unlimited number of documents to share and store. Yes! You can download the Houzz Pro mobile app for iOS on the Apple App Store or for Android on the Google Play Store, on your phone or tablet.

We transmit data to users via industry-standard encrypted channels (e.g. our web pages are all HTTPS). We meet PCI-DSS security standards for accepting credit card payments. We store data in multiple locations with Amazon Web Services (AWS), which also manages disaster recovery and business redundancy. We also maintain encrypted back-ups of Houzz Pro data. Privacy and transparency are our guiding principles, even as we've grown to serve hundreds of thousands of customers. We believe that customer data belongs to the customer, and your personal and business data is yours.
