“Just two wrought iron brackets BUT they had to be right, matching existing ones. Steve was willing to produce them - although hardly the most valuable, impressive project of the year! I e-mailed him photographs of the ones I had but detailed the slight differences and sizes I wanted. He immediately telephoned back, asked a few pertinent questions, and gave me an acceptable quote and 2-3 weeks delivery time, also acceptable. At the end of the second week he e-mailed me photographs and I arranged to drive over to collect and pay. In all a very friendly, efficient and professional service.”
